This modern take on a summer retreat represents one of several projects Frank and his team completed for a Lake Forest client. A complete update of this historic home, originally designed by renowned Chicago North Shore architect Walter Frazier, has given new life to the property and resulted in a quiet place for its owners to escape and enjoy the home and gardens.
